2 Cubed Tea Towel Pattern for the Rigid Heddle

CA$8.99

Two heddles, two pick-up sticks and 2/8 cotton makes for a 2 cubed tea towel! Learn to thread 2 heddles for proper sett and weave a (relatively) simple waffle weave on your Rigid Heddle loom. This pattern will walk you through warping, threading and weaving 2 lovely tea towels. Use 2/8 cotton for both warp and weft for a nice crisp looking towel or use boucle for weft for a more relaxed casual looking towel.

This is not a beginner pattern but I have done my best to ensure that a weaver who is confident with 1 heddle and has some experience with pick-up sticks will succeed.

Pattern requires a 24” loom, 2 10 dent reeds, 2 pick-up sticks, patience and all the usual weaving paraphernalia.

Pattern makes 2 towels about 19.5” x 27”
